Disk/raid monitoring tool for ubuntu 16.04 SERVER

Hi Team, I am responsible for managing a R210 II Poweredge server and cannot find out whether the Dell Disk | Monitor package is available for me or not? Ideally I want a small footprint monitor to watch my disk setup and tell me if/when something goes wrong. So any other suggestions would also be helpful.
