Volumes Error for SERVERNAME: There is no such command

We were migrating an EX server version 4.81.1147 to another server with the same version of EX using this technote:

https://solutions.emc.com/emcsolutionview.asp?id=esg71916

after copying over all of the .emx files to the new container directory, I noticed that none of the .emx files were indexed ... and when I open EX admin I got the error:  "Volumes Error for SERVERNAME: There is no such command"

Has anyone seen this before ? EX seems to be working and archiving new emails from the journaling mailbox, but the emx files that were copied over were just put into a folder and havent moved.

Any ideas ? Suggestions ? I appreciate any feedback.

It appears that it was a limitation with the windows registry and there being too many lost and found objects. I worked with Michael Boivin with EMC support and we were able to copy over limited number of emx files to the new server, added them, and then brought over more files.
