Very strange situation with 4.81.655

Hi, I have a special situation with one of my client. I don't know what to do. Journaling is running normally but the cabinet with September doesn't exist. Its impossible to make a search last months. Any ideas ?

Hello,

I have looked at the screenshot, never seen this before but my suspission is around someone changing EX registry keys manually.

I will strongly recommend you to contact EMC Messaging support for EmailXtender and work with support to resolve the issue ASAP.

If you reboot the EX server the problem should go away.
I have seen the problem come back after a reboot and the root cause was an issue with incorrect memory settings in the registry on the EX server.

Have there been any changes to memory settings?

Mark , after reboot problem still exist. I don¿t know what kind of memory settings you mean, but I didn¿t change anything in registry, except message center location.
