User Cache Update Taking 8-10hrs
I have experienced this issue twice in the last week.
Issue:
User Cache update process kicks off and takes anywhere from 8-10hrs to complete. The message...
This item may take some time to retrieve. You can wait or cancel this request.
This message will stay on the screen for up to 30 seconds at a time, go away for a few seconds and them come back up the entire time the update process runs.
Please note that I have experienced this twice this past week while I have been remote. I have not been on my company LAN. I have been connecting via high speed cable modem via a VPN connection.
Could User Cache think I am on a low bandwidth connection and is updating that much slower? I calculated that if it were updating my entire mailbox it was doing less than 5mb per hour.
I am on EmailXtender Client version 4.81.655.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
