User Cache need up to 4 Minutes to open

Hello have anyone the same Problem?

The Problem occures On and Offline. Mostly also the Outlook exists after closing as a Zombie Process. I can stop it only with the task manager. I have no exotic plugins installed.

Hello,

are you using the lastest version? There was a new version release on 21st April
"EmailXtender User Cache Patch 1334". Many performance problems were solved!

Please test and report.

Hi Jochen,

we got the patch bevore but with no instructions (this install and good). Result no changes ;(.

Solution:

When you have attached Mailboxes you have to reconfigure it. Mens drop the Mailboxes from your Outlook and configure it new than it works.
