Unable to see Messages in Archive

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue in EmailXtender 4.8.409 SP1. i.e After completing every prerequisites for it, emails are coming in journaling user but not moving for archiving.

DLC list is also created. Below is the error which i am facing in Others:

Source : CProcessMailbox
Routine : Init
Description: HrOpenExchangePrivateStore
HR : Unable to resolve mailbox

I have checked that on Knowledge Base as per it restart exchange server, will solve the issue but still have same error and unable to archive or move mails to archive....

Hi Abdullah,

Please take out connection mailbox and add it back again, also check to make sure service account has enough permissions in AD and Exchange.

If problem will still be present please open support ticket with EMC for quicker resolution.

Hi Rajan,

You are right. I would like to add more on that problem which I solved on my own.
I haven't define EmailXtender user in "LOG ON AS A SERVICE", "LOG ON LOCALLY" and "LOCAL SECURITY POLICY" as soon as I update these my problem solve.
