Unable to close volume - Healthcheck does not rebuild

Hi,

I've got a volume that will not close in EmailXtender. I found a support solution that details my exact problem, and it suggests using two utilities to identify and find the missing messages - managexvlts and msgidchecker. I have searched my entire server for these programs and nothing is coming up. Have these utilities been given new names, or do I need to download them separately?
