UDA Archive - Skipping (MessageID)

I'm running the User Directed Archive job and am trying to figure out why 4 of my messages aren't being archived. The detail log file says:

Skipping (MessageID)

I haven't been able to find something that explains this, any ideas?

Hello,

Have you been copying these messages from another directory ? Why I am asking so is that if messages are already archived those could be already tagged with hidden MAPI properties with message ID. In this case EX might ignore these messages.

If you would like more details explanation you might want to open a support ticket with EMC EmailXtender support.

They haven't been copied from another directory - one item is already archived with our "normal" process, but that is because a different user had it in his mailbox.

I'll open a support ticket, thanks for your thoughts!
