special index flags to use during EXsearch
Hello,
I'm not sure if this is possible but thought I would ask.
I know that in EmailXtender Search window you can search for items that were not indexed (such as attachments with passwords or encrypted messages). The search field is:
'1 IN xvNonIndexedAttach"
Keeping that in mind, does anyone know of a list of flags that you can search by? for example, we want to search for all mail that USERA sent to hotmail. To do this we picked USERA's mailbox in the mailbox field, and since we cannot use the FROM or TO or Mailbox field at the same time, in the subject field we entered hotmail.com. The problem with this is that if hotmail.com is listed in any of the body of the email, it will be picked up by this search.
If there was a flag for the TO field that i could put in the subject line, this would be perfect...

Answer to your question about flags is that its not openly available.
In regards to what you were trying to do is possible in Admin and User Searches. In user search its limited because you cannot use wildcards for SMTP Domain but in Admin searches you can use wildcards to do the searches. It is documented in the EXSearchGuide.pdf file that comes with the install files you used to install EX server. It also gets copied to the documentation folder of the EX server.
Thanks,
