SourceOne Audit Reports?
Does SourceOne have Audit reports like emailXtender does? We just installed SO and I am wondering how it keeps admins honest for searching the archive?

Good Afternoon,
Source One does not have an Audit Feature. It may be included in future releases however at this time there is no time line as to when that could be.

Is there a way to submit feature requests so that product management can determine features customers request most? Going from EX to SO was a huge gottcha for us, since that feature and supervisory groups were left out of SO. If I would have been told that the replacement product dropped these features I would of probably continued to wait for an upgrade. Thanks.

Yes we can file a feature request. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you or someone at your company has also opened a ticket with support on this subject ?
If true, I would talk to the owner of the ticket and have him file the RFE for you.

Good Afternoon,
As I mentioned in my previous post, I believe they are talking about it, however at this time there is no timeline as to when that would be.
I will have the Tech re-open the SR and handle the RFE process with you.

Yes, I opened a ticket but they already closed it. Submitting a RFE would be fantastic. Are you able to see if this feature is slated for version 7?
