Shortcut Issue On SourceOne 4.8

Can you please post the screenshot of the error message ? The body of the message if shortcutted by SourceOne would have showed following

EMC SourceOne

This message has been converted to a shortcut by EMC SourceOne to save server space.

I installed the shortcut extension on the DOMINO 8.5.2 32Bits on Linux Redhat  Enterprise 5.3 .

I get the message "the message has been converted to shortcut click to view the message" but when i click on it i get the same message ".As now i am out of office it 0h14 GMT i am at home.

When i see on the domino console it doesn't any message related to shortcuted message .

☺ It’s a Domino based install. For shortcuts to resolve you need to have SourceOne Shortcut extensions library installed on your Domino server. That library will trap the open/preview/forward calls and send request to SourceOne server for resolution.

You need to make sure shortcut library initiated on the time of Domino start-up.

If stuck, you can always open an support service request to have support work with you to resolve the issue.

I tried to do this , the EMC engineers ask to get a webex on the customer plateform but the customer refused.
