Password for SourceOne Offline Access 6.5 SP2 for EmailXtender 4.81

Contact your account manager as they need to do a $0 purchase of the product if you currently own EX. Once you get the LAC and register it the certificate will have the password for the package.

I just went through this and I was more then peeved that EMC did this and expressed my dissatisfaction about this as they failed to document this anywhere on powerlink. And my Account Team didn't know, apparently TSG/PS did.

However here is a gotcha before they do the $0 purcahse they will want to requalify your site and installation again. So be prepared to work with Engineering and a PM again.

I believe you should be able to get password using the License Management option on Powerlink. Otherwise you should contact licensing for password. For every single install it needs to be checked for contract validation before password could be provided.
