one message (same message ID) located in two different archive volumes...
Hey all,
One of my boss' email was thrown into two different archive volume folders. One in the regular archive, and one in a spam archive folder that I created years ago.
The message is the same message, same message ID, but it exists in two different folders. Does anyone know how to remove it from one of the archive folders but leave it present in the other?
I don't want to have to open a case with them, but I can't remember how to do this.

Admin Search should allow to do it. Turn on show Message ID feature and you will start to see the folder and volumes that has the message. The one you want to to delete you can select and delete.
Do write down message ID or export info to TSV format in case you will be asked in future that who deleted the messages.
Thanks,
Raj

Thanks for the tip... i wasn't sure if I had to find the volume, delete the message from it, then reindex it...
Thanks!
