No mail servers in EmailXtract task
While creating a new EmailXtract task for archiving/shortcutting, I do not see the mail servers in the "Mailbox Selection" tab.
What could be the possibility and how to get them back?

Have a look if the MAPI profile of the server is working... Test opening Outlook. If that's not working, try restarting the Exchange and/or the data source service.
With a client of mine using Exchange I have continuous problems that the MAPI profile "hangs". The latest build apparently has some features for this, beyond the release notes; but I continue to have problems.
