Need some light on my requirment..Using EmailXtender

Dear All,

Below listed my requirment, Is it possible by using  EmailXtender..

1)      Auto-filing of outgoing emails with prompt for file location. Also, demonstrate if auto-filing can be de-activated for few officers.  It shall be an option for the admin to turn on and off. If it is turned on all the emails from the account will be filed. If it is turned off it will not be filed.

2)      Auto-filing of email replies filed to the initial outgoing email file location.

3)      Emails to be stored in the system would be without the names in the bcc list

4)      Management of email attachments

Please advise me on above points..
