Migrating PSTs to an archive ignores some emails
Hi,
I´m doing some tests with a potential customer migrating PSTs. Everything works fine but we have noted that a few emails in the PST are ignored.
I discovered those messages are some read or write receipts with an ipm.report* message class associated.
Is this the expected behaviour? Is there any way to force SourceOne to include those messages? The PST migration activity reports no failed emails migrated.
I´d appreciate any coment.
Best regards

Good Afternoon,
This is expected behavior. From PST files Source One will only do IPM.Note type of Messages. There is no report of failures because we don't attempt to archive these types.
Hopefully this answers your concerns.
