MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

We are installing EX 4.8 SP1 on Exchange 2007.

Whenever we run any EmailXtract task, we get the error MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND.

any suggestions.

Verify you can connect to a mail profile configured in EmailXtract on the EX server using Outlook.If you can recheck your service account permissions on the mailbox store. Your account needs full rights.

We got this sorted out. For Exchange 2007, Email eXtender server should have Outlook 2003 and not Outlook 2007.

Are you have "Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider" in your Server?
This software can to gives us this error.
