MAPI profile
In web search i am not able to login through MAPI profile.but able to login through POP3 and IMAP4.
where as in emailxtender search i am not able to authenticate through MAPI profile but able to authenticate through POP3 and IMAP4.kindly let me know any possible solution.

I would think that somewhere in your environment certain ports are not working as they should. EX docs has list of all the ports they use and services that use them. You need to make sure that they all are in good health.
For quicker resolution as I suggested in another thread just now, speak to EmailXtender support about it.
