"Mailbox" search results incomplete
Hi All,
We've been working on setting up supervisor groups in EmailXtender to enable HR/Management to search specified email accounts. This has so far been a simple process, and the supervisor groups we have created perform as designed in all but one case.
We are using V 4.81.655 EmailXtender and the Outlook search plug-in on Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007. In this setup, we are able to search for specific email accounts using the "From" and "Sent to" options. Whatever email address entered returns apparently valid results. When that name is again selected from address book (not typed in, in either test) and searched in the "Mailbox" field, no results are returned. To be sure, I double checked that the name is a member of the supervisor group the search was run in...it was.
We have re-indexed our most recent months data and are able to recreate this on demand. It seems similar to this post: https://forums.emc.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=471747
Any thoughts on how to get "Mailbox" searches working? Thanks for thinking on this!

Is there anything special about the NT accont that you are having trouble with ? You might want to check that hopefully this account does not have any white space in the log-in when it was created.I have seen weired behaviour if anyone had white space in their CN entries. It has been fixed but still you might want to look into it.
I would suggest checking with EMC EX support about it.
