Launching Xtender 4.8 client since upgrade from 4.7

To my understaning there in 4.8 and 4.81 code there has been many changes as compared to what was in 4.7 code.

I suspect that you could be facing this issue because your have more than one connection mailboxes added for journaling and very first in the list could be on a Exchange server which is on a remote location. For every connection mailbox I will expect delay of about 15 seconds at least.

Try the following, just for testing on a weekend take all connection maiboxes out and leave only the one which will be on the local exchange server where EX is located. If that is quick enought, then your support engineer will be able to help or should be able to engage a senior to help you.

We have been advised to stop all client connections via 4.7
Restart the query service on all our 18 servers
Relaunch using 4.8 client and test speed

I am doubtful this will resolve issue but will try it anyway as it's the only solution being offered to date. Do any other clients in a multi-server environment have this problem?
