I have lots of corrupt indexes
I'm reindexing continuously but other index are corrupts after.
I have 4.81.655 version
I'm all day reindexing.
Why?
I use chkidx or sometimes I create a file as this:
EmailVault_Index_BBVA 18 Months_200703.fixindexes
in G:\Program Files\OTG\EmailXtender\EmailVault_Index\DropDir for example.
Regards and thanks for advance.

You might want to check the root cause, narrow down to the message that is not indexed(healthcheck GUI will help you with this). You might want to see if its the same message again and again that does not get indexed. Also check OTG event log. If its the same try to unpack this message from container to see if you could unpack it without any problem, if you cannot then there is problem with packaged message.
Best would be to speak to support. I very common reason that I have seen is a messages packaged and archived in past, now Anto Virus got updated, latest update of antivirus treats the previously archived file as a virus and every time EX temporarily unpack it, AV will hold it or delete it.
That is just one scenario there could be others, so we need to narrow down to the cause.
As I said earlier if you are stuck support should be able to help.
Thanks,
Rajan

ChkIdx is not available saperatly for quite some time. The only supported method at the moment is to use the EmailXtender Healthcheck tool to fix the index sets. ChkIdx is merged into healthcheck tool.
EX Admin Guide has a chapter on healthcheck tool which explains its usage.
Thanks,
Rajan
