How to reprocess or close container and file ? *.failed file

Dear all,

I have a strange situation on My MessageCenter Partition.

I observed than there are few error on container status.

To be clear I have 12 container unclosed with error.

In the message center folder, this unclosed container are present with three files with the extension *.lock *. closed *.failed.

And the Message Center growing in size. and it's impossible to close container

Do you have seen this situation ?

Is ther any solution to reprocess this folder and force to close ?

Is there any documentation to read to understand this situation ?
