Historical Deletion

Hi,

I have ongoing Deletion jobs running through S1, deleting emails certain age or older.

I'm currently running Exchange 2010.

Once in a while I get errors. Mostly I see it on 3 DBs (out of 9). On some DBs I haven't experienced this at all.

It seems job would delete most emails in mailboxes than I start seeing the following on Event Logs

1. No DB sessions available to satisfy a request on the mailbox DB - Event 1164

2. Exchange Search indexer has temporarily disabled indexing of mailbox DB (MAPI exception: unable to read events)

3. Error 1100 while attempting to determine free space for DB

4. Exchange Search Indexer failed to enable Mailbox DB - unable to get CI watermark

On Event Log on BE server is get that items cannot be open error.

It doesn't occur all the time. It runs on the same schedule and it does finish successfully. I tried  running at diff times of the week and success rate is about the same. It would run most of the time and than I would see that behavior again. I verified that DB and log Drives are under exception in our AV. There is free space available. Plenty of resources as well. If I don't run those scripts obsoletely no issues with anything
