ExJobScheduler errors
Our SourceOne server seems to have stopped archving. The only thing I have been able to uncover so far is the below error (there is one for every job) in the EMC Windows Event Logs. Can anyone provide any help or advice as to how to troubleshoot this problem further?
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
By your suggestion I have investigated the c:\windows\tasks folder. I initially did not see any files there (even with the setting enabled to display hidden and system files). I then discovered a "SchedLgU.txt" file in there when browsing to it from a DOS prompt. I opened that file an found a bunch of the below messages (each with a different ExTask number). I have not been able to delete and recreate the tasks folder, as it gives me an error about a file being in use. Is this something I should still pursue, or does the below error give any additional clues as to how to continue troubleshooting?
Thank you!
Scott

Greetings,
Journaling job is a scheduled job. It creates a job in the windows scheduler. It appears due to some issue it cannot create job in the windows scheduled tasks folder.
I would suggest to stop all activities for SourceOne, take back of scheduled tasks folder and delete any jobs that are there. Some times you might have to delete and re-create this folder. It is located under windows folder.

Hi Scott,
Did you stop activities and policies in SourceOne console before trying to do anything with tasks folder?
If there are any locks open that are mot getting released stopping activities And restarting server might be able to help.
If nothing works open support ticket and support should be able to help you overcome the issue.
