EX+DX and MSSQL on the same hardware
Hi,
I have an EX system putting the mails trough DX to Centera, and MSSQL installed on the same hardware. It is a Win2k3 32-bit, 4GIG ram.
MSSQL was setup to get about max. 2GB.
When I check the Performance tab in Task Manager, I see that 2.6GB Pagefile is used, and there is plenty of physical RAM is free, about 3GB and 800MB used for file cache.
It seems SQL is paged out this 2.6GB.
The /PAE and /3GB is set in boot.ini, to access all 4GB and get more memory for applications.
Any recommendations how to set up, the system to use memory?
My 2cent is to allow MSSQL no to page!
Thanks for your ideas.
