ex30_rule_queue filling up, no new volumes created
I just upgraded to 4.81 for Exchange.
Mail is being pulled from the Journal Mailbox.
However, it is queuing up in ex30_rule_queue.
No new volumes are being created.
Any suggestions?

Do you have any rules created ? When was the last time EmailXtender.DLC file got created ? .DLC file should be refreshing by default every 24 hours unless services were restarted or a registry key is changed to refresh it on a particular time.
There is a utility provided by EMC to have alook at the contents of the data in the MSMQ to get better understaning but missuse of this utility can cause problems. I would suggest restarting EX services if problem is still present the problem folowing is what I would suggested.
1. Go to registry editor
2. Change HKLM\Software\OTG\EmailXtender\OnChange\SuspendMailPull to 1
3. Suspend any/all EmailXtract Jobs till the problem is resolved.
4. Call EMC Support to look into the issue.
Why I suggested changing SuspendMailPull registry key to 1 is to stop pulling mail from journaling mailbox(s) till all the stuck data is processed. This registry key cannot control data pulled by EmailXtract application.
Thanks,
Rajan
