Error setting archive property

What is the archive property that EX sets while archving? I have recently seen this message with two types of details:

NOTES ERROR : Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time; please retry

NOTES ERROR : Unable to write to database because database would exceed its disk quota.

What's going wrong?

There are few different ones depending upon how the message is archived. Real time journaling will have coupld of properties assigned to all the messages and EmailXtract will assign few more.

If you know domino designer you could create a view of all the fields and then match those to find out which ones are those :)

VMailArchive ExRecipients are couple of them

How do they get related to a network error or a disk quote issue? The mailboxes do nto have a disk quota set for them.

Saw similar error in past when EmailXtract shortcut task caused issue when qouta was implimented on users mailboxes. If qouta is not implimented you might want to open a new SR>
