Error creating shortcut message: : UNKNOWN(0x8004060c) Is the message store

I get this error when shortcutting PST files.

I have plenty of space free.
I can open the PST on my outlook with no problems.
And I can Shortcut other user's PST's with no problems.

Any ideas?

after looking more into the situation I have found out these are old PST's created from office XP and all three are just 1.9gig because Office XP would not let you create a PST greater than 2gigs.

I reopned in outlook and migrated all of the mail into new PST's. worked fine
