You mean EmailXtender 4.81 not SourceOne.

EmailXtender is headed for End of Life product at this point.

Standard support for EmailXtender ended the first quarter of 2012.

How are you trying to retrieve the shortcut?

There is a com add-in for Outlook that must be installed.

Outlook 2010 is not supported.

Hi,

Thanks a lot Mr Gary for your help .

I installed SourceOne That i downloaded from POWERLINK .SourceONE.JPG

Is there any known issues for deploying such solution

I have two Linux Redhat 5U2 with Domino 8.5.2 in cluster .

Kind regards

As i get a lot of modifications that were done on the SQL Database . I prefered to reinstall the Windows 2008 R2 Cluster with SP2 , and SQL 2008 entreprise With SP3 .I lunched a full backup (After doing this) and i will begin the install by tomorrow November 28 .

I found some documents that describes steps summary for installing SOURCEONE Software ; I Will install this as follow :

Review Pre-Requisites ==>DONE

Review Design and Architecture ===> SourceOne Will be on SQL cluster 2008 SP3 enterprise and Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise .

Collected Customer Environment information===> I will implement a test Policies/Activities and we will decide after.

Downloaded latest Installation software from Powerlink===> Done

Install DB's ===> Done SQL 2008 enterprise With SP3===> Done

Configure DB Permission

Installed the following SourceOne services:

Console, Master, Worker, Archive, Web, Search, Mobile

Setup notes client

Configure Global Settings

Configure Archive, Index & MsgCtr Shares and Permissions

Create Tasks

Communicate info to Customer for Client Install

Initial Ingestion Test

Create Historical Ingestion Task

Initial Short Test

Can you confirm that is this correct .

Thanks in advance for your help .

Kind regards
