EmailXtender/Xtract Error message

Hello,

I am receiving this email when I try to use EmailXtract to do a search of mailboxes.  I am not too sure why this all of a sudden started happening.  we used to search with no problem.  This EX 4.81.65

Server availability checked...
***** Failed to load Identity Cache - Identity Mapping disabled - !
***** Failed to load Identity Cache - Identity Mapping disabled - !
  Task Completion Time         : 08-30-2010 20:23:09

I can't seem to find anything about this error anywhere.  Does anyone have any idea before I open a support case?

Jerry,

Have you made any changes on the EmailXtender server, specifically the Outlook client or Notes client?  Also, when you tried to run this task, did you notice if the addrule was not able to update the DLC?  It is possible the problem is due to a temporary disconnect to the mail server.  If you have recycled the mail server, please try the task again.  If you are still experiencing an issue, you may want to try the chat feature listed below.
