EmailXtender stopped Archiving
I acquired supporting a client that has EmailXtender 4.81.409. It appears that in the Administrator, there are several months worth of incomplete archiving, going back to 201203, with Status Record Failed. Also, it appears archive folders haven't been created since Apr 10 - Apr 28 2012 timeline, going to today. Not sure what is going on. Several events are being logged in the OTG log as follows:
These are being logged every minute
Failed Exchange Server Extraction: EXCHANGESERVER MailBox: Mailbox Management, Error: 800020d0
Also seeing these in the eventlog as well:

Yes, The EMC License Server service is running on that server. However when I execute the XtenderSoulation License Server 6.2, it says there are 0 licenses, and 0 groups. I don't know if it may have been installed elsewhere in the environment prior.

Either License isn't applied or it can't contact the license server..

Is the EMC license service running on that server?
Was it installed somewhere else in the environment and that got retired?

I can't see how it ever was applied. Could it have been archiving from 2005 until April 2012 without a license? I was already reading in the documentation about trial and evaluation licenses, but for 7 years?! I searched all the drives for a *.lic file, but couldn't find one. Could it have just gotten detached somehow? How can I go about getting one?

Greetings,
The best approach will be to open service request with support to have your configuration checked. Currently EX is under extended support contract. Provided your company has the support contract signed support should be able to help. Please also check if any EMC SourceOne servers exist in environment.

It seems that you have not registered you EMailXtender server or may be the Evaluation Period Over, if you have not registerd your server contact EMC tech support they will help you to register the server or get new LIC file from EMC license Team.
Thanks, Paddy
