Emailxtender shortcut and Chinese support

Hello

I user EmailXtender 4.81 SP1
i ran some tests to archive and shortcut mails with chinese characters in and with some attachments (word document with chinese name and contents).
Archive ran fine. Shortcut too.
No errors in the log files.
When i did a preview of these mails, subject (in chinese) was replaced by ????
I some case the chinese name of attachments was replaced by blank characters.
Original name :北京地区医院信息系统基础设施运行与管理规范修改稿一.doc
In preview and in retrieved mail the name is now :" .doc"

Was able to read the word document after save to disk and rename .

Any ideas ?
