For your information
,
OTG is the first editor of EmailXtender before Legato by this society.
The developper let the OTG name in the log name to keep the compatibility between the version.
On the other hand, I don't know what is exactly your error that the log give.
Regards.

Found this. Instead of contacting support for the Hotfix, we will just upgrade from 1147 to 1459.
Symptoms
Messages that are missing Sender and Sent Time properties are placed into the Sent Items of the Exchange server(s) journaling mailbox. The following error may be logged in the OTG event log when EmailXtender attempts to pull the message from the journal inbox:
Source: CProcessmailbox
Routine: ProcessMBCSMessages
HR: 'STG_E_FILEALREADYEXISTS'
Source : CProcessMailbox
Routine : ArchiveMsgViaSRow sw2
HR : STG_E_FILEALREADYEXISTS
Source : CProcessMailbox
Routine : ArchiveMessage
Description: General exception
HR : STG_E_FILEALREADYEXISTS.
This problem only occurs when the Exchange server is configured to use Envelope Journaling.
Cause
This problem is caused by the fact that the Envelope is missing the PR_Client_Submit_Time and PR_Last_Modification_Time properties.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, upgrade to EmailXtender 4.81.1147 and contact support to get Hotfix version 4.81.1183 (ExExchangeMailbox.exe). A fix for this issue will be included in all future EmailXtender patch or Service Pack kits.
To work around this problem, use the following steps to cause the PR_Last_Modification_Time property to be updated on the Envelope so the message can be processed from the Journaling Mailbox Inbox:
Note: Messages that return to the Sent Items folder after following the workaround steps above, or after applying the fix, are probably placed there for a reason other than what is described in the 'Cause' section of this article. Contact EMC Technical Support for further investigation into these items.
