EmailXaminer Reviewer unable to view reviewed messages

EmailXaminer Reviewer is unable to view the old reviewed messages.

The user has been added to the review group as reviewer, supervisor and member.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Launch EmailExaminer Reviewer and login to it

2) In the 'Filter Messages' popup box, check 'Review incomplete messages', 'Review complete messages' and Escalated messages' and select a time frame and review groups

3) Click OK

4) Notice that there are no messages displayed that have been reviewed

Can someone please provide me the steps to fix this issue so that the reviewer can view the below messages:

1) Review incomplete messages

2) Review complete messages

3) Escalated messages
