EmailXaminer and Lotus Notes 8.5.2 - Cannot forward msg
Hello -
We use Lotus Notes 8.5.2 and EmailXaminer 3.10.715. Our reviewers are trying to forward a message after reviewing and are receiving the error "Document has been deleted" in some cases when forwarding the message. Any ideas?

Hi Chris,
I have seen "Document had been deleted" error in past while forwarding Notes messages using Ex Search Plug-in. This was causes because Notes client was configured with 'Allow Soft Deletions' option. See if disabling this option in Lotus notes help you.

I verified all of our exjournal.nsf databases do not have soft deletions enabled. Is there another database I should verify, or any other suggestions come to mind?

Hi Chris,
It's not related to the ExJournal.nsf because that do not play role with forward of messages from archive. Its the user's mailbox settings that is trying to forward the message and seeing the error message.

Disabling soft deletions in the mail file of the reviewer did resolve this issue. Thanks for the assistance.
