Email Restoration problem

I need to restore all archived and shortcuted emails via EmailXtract on mailbox.
We are using EmailXtender, DiskXtender and Centera.
I started the restoration task in Email Xtract and the simulation task finished without any errors however there were no emails restored and I can see the following errors in log files:
*** Error RestoreShortcut - Mailbox: yyy zzz Folder: Sent Items - Failed to restore shortcut: : WIN32 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
*** Error Mailbox: yyy zzz Folder: Sent Items - Error restoring shortcut message: : WIN32 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Archived emails can be properly opened in Outlook, webmail, there are no problems...

The mailboxes were migrated to new exchange 2007 environment, I though that the problem could be due permissions in ex2k7 environment, but when I moved the mailbox back to ex2k3, the results is the same.

Hi there,

Can you please try the following and see if it helps:

1. Make sure you are logged on to EmailXtender Server using consol 0 if you are using MS Terminal Services.
2. Make sure you are using EX Service Account to log in
3. Restart all EmailXtender Services and make sure EmailXtract application is shutdown from the right bottom section of your screen. Using X mark on application does not close it
4. Create new task to restore shortcuts.
5. Set logging to message details.
6. If failed share the log file.
