Domain changed - SourceOne not finctioning
Hi
We are using Sourcone Email management to archive IBM Lotus. Recently we change our domain name. We have changed the services logon information & all the services are started successfully. But still the jobs are getting failed giving "logon failure" on the mailbox. The user has got the rights on all the mailboxes. Also when Sourceone search is launched the explorer returns an error "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE".
We will be thankfull if someone can help on this

With all the changes, did you go back to your Mapped Folder and make your users owners of their mailboxes? i.e Add Corporate - All Employees to the permissions and make the owner?

Hello Dsakhuja,
There is a section on the IIS components, APP Pools, properties, Identity tab. Make sure you update each of the APP Pools with the new domain name\service account. As well, in the services section, make sure all the SourceOne services are using the updated domain/user info.

In most cases it's easy to just run a repair install on each of the services to update the information.
