Discovery Manager Error

I have a test/demo install of SourceOne and Discovery Manager on a virtual server, Windows Server 2003 SP2.  Last week I moved the VM to another(better) host server.  SourceOne came up fine and I went about my business.  Yesterday one of my salesmen noticed a Discovery Manager problem.  When you open DM, the lower pane on the right shows "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" and suggested refreshing the page.  Once refreshed, it says "This program cannot display the webpage".

If you right click and chose properties, the URL is res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC.htm# .  If you copy out just the path and paste it in IE, it works fine.

I am on IE8 and tried rolling back to 7.

I have tried uninstalling DM and deleting the database and starting from scratch.

Any help would be appreciated.
