Different numbers of message in the volume and the index

Hello

I keep getting a blue envelope icon in the administrator interface. When I run a health check, I can see that it says that there is no message in index'et against it in volume. I have tried to remove everything from the index folder except of the volume.txt file, and then reindex it again, but nothing it helping. I hope that there is one who can help me.

Hi There,

Remember that Healthcheck application do not refresh is its kept open. Here is what i would suggest.

1. As you said you already reindex the index set, see if after reindexing finishes if there are multiple files created in the index set.
2. There will no Healthchk.bin file there which will be created after 9:00PM server time.
3. Next day open healthcheck to see if it reports better data.

If not then I will suggest you contacting support as they might have to enable debugging for indexer to find out what is going on behind the scenes.
