Containers Disk Out of space
Hi, My Disk holding the native Archive Container is full. I cannot extend that disk and I cannot delete any of the volumes it contains. Is there a process I can follow to create a new Container on an additional disk. I have the sourceOne Email Management Administration Guide ver 6.5 however our current Sourceone version is 6.8.1.1073. I can't see anythiong specific in there about using additional disks. Can Anyone point me in the right direction ?. Thanks

Created a new Archive Folder using the new location
Create a Mapped Folder pointing to that Archive Folder
Change Archiving Rules to use the new location
If you are completely out of space on the old Archive location and messages are backed up in the Message Center, they won't use the new location.
You somehow have to free up space to allow those messages that were already in progress to the old location.
It's possible to use Search to copy some messages to the new location and then delete them from the old one.
Current SourceOne Documentation is available on powerIink.emc.com or support.emc.com.
