Can't archive IPM.Note.Custom.Cisco.Unity.Voice messages
We've recently integrated Cisco's Unity Connection 8.x in our unified communications environment. When a voicemail is left for a user, an email with an attached .wav file is inserted into the user's mailbox. The message class of the voicemail notification appears as an IPM.Note.Custom.Cisco.Unity.Voice type. SourceOne doesn't appear to recognize these types of messages. Is there a way for SourceOne to journal/archive these types of messages?

Greetings,
We will have to test if SourceOne cannot archive these messages from Journal mailboxes. I expect these to be archive but it might have issues while coming up in searches or when shortcut or archive jobs will run because there are certain message classes that are looked for while processing.
There is always an option to open request for enhancement after it is validated. For that work I will have to request you to open service request with EMC Messaging Support.
