Can SourcOne ingest a CSV File?

Are we talking about some third party software creating these .CSV format exports e.g. APIs from Yammer ?

Are you looking to tie these to users in your environment for legal search for Email Management ? If you are looking at the email management side, I do not think product can process CSV files from a centralised location and assign ownership based on the fields within the CSV files.

SourceOne Email Management can archive .csv files if they are attached to messages or if they will need to be archives by SourceOne File Management. I do not think that is what you are looking for ?

I could be on a wrong track since information provided is limited but what I mentioned above is based on my understand of what you might be trying to achieve. Still you can raise Request for Enhancement (RFE) through EMC SourceOne support by logging service request to have your business requirement look into by the product management.
