Attachment Preview Tab in Outlook 2007 and S1OA client installed
Hey all,
I've been making use of the new S1OA client with my EX 4.81 platform and it is working as advertised. However, my Outlook client has a little hiccup. When there is an email with an attachment, I cannot preview it in the attachment tab of the email window.
Is there a workaround for this, or just the way it is? Without the OA client, I would obviously resolve the shortcut message by way of bringing back the full copy. At that point I could preview the attachments as usual.

I am not sure if this issue is present in Offline Access, I have it installed on my desktop and I could preview attachments without any issue with Offline Access Installed.
There are some attachments where I could not preview that is because attachments is embeded into the body of the message itself. Those cannot be preview even without Offline Access and without being shortcut.
Thanks,
Rajan

Attachments cannot be previewed in Outlook 2007
Problem:
When you open a shortcut message in Outlook 2007, the preview
pane does not display the attachment when you click once on the
attachment.
This is only an issue when you open the message. If the message is
already displayed in the preview pane, then the attachment preview
works.
Workaround
Open the attachment by double-clicking it.
