Archer 5.4 - Display the Same user Names from Record Permission field to other field

In RSA Archer 5.4,

I’d like to have a copy of the Record Permission field in the one application display on the other tab in the same application. Is there any easy way to do this?

I tried to do a calculated Text field, but the only thing that displayed was their numerical user ID, not their name.
