API Connectivity with SourceOne
Does anyone know if SourceOne offers any APIs that would allow integration with other applications?

Good Afternoon,
Can you provide us with more details on the other application you are interested in ?
Source One was designed to be able to interac with other applications, however I beleive at this time we don't have any API ready to be released.
If you can provide more details on your request I can take that information back to our Product Managers and seek some answers for you.
Regards
Stephane

Hi Stephane,
Thanks for your quick reply. We are looking at how Sourceone can be integrated with an Enterprise search application. Is there a set of APIs that can be used to browse and read through the contents of the sourceone archives? If so, are there any APIs that would enable us to access the permissions on the individual items archived?
Also, do you know if EmailXtender has these capabilities?
Thanks

Hello,
Engineering responded and informed me that, at this time there is no API available for either EmailXtender or Source One.
If this is something you would like to request, please have your EMC Account Manager start a dialogue with out Product Management group.
Regards
Stephane
