What is the business case to upgrade Infra v8 to Ionix v9

Has anyone built the business case for investing in an upgrade from v8 to v9 on Ionix Service Manager?   I would be keen to hear what others see as the significant benefits / justification of the upgrade?

I have not made the upgrade yet.

I am using Infra V8.

In our case, we have noticed in V8 that notifications for Tasks within the workflow module are occuring only once for a given task.  If a task is re-openned, the new activation is not generating a new notification.  This is an issue when you create workflow templates with recursives built-in to them.

As a workaround, we have designed automated notification using emailtasks, but the proper fix was 'promised" to be part of V9.

We intend to upgrade to V9 before the end of year...
