W4N pulling topology through from SMARTS - Spinning wheel

HI, has anyone seen and fixed spinning wheels on the topology screenlets when pulling topology thorugh into W4N i.e. object details on the notification window. After a while we get these, windows version various, browers various. A reboot clears it. Cookie clearing doesn't fix it either.

Many factors can come into play to determine what might be happening here. Can you find any SEVERE or WARNINGS in the Catalina logs (marked with the date you accessed the Topology) that can be found /APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/logs/
