Smarts Servlet Engine Service Failure
We have recently noticed a problem with the Smarts Servlet Engine Service (ic-business-dashboard). It seems to consistently fail every time the administrator logs out of the hosting box. You can immediately restart it without any problems once you log back in.
We're running SAM 6.5.1 on Win 2000 Server as well as Win Server 2003
In searching the knowledgebase, there is a reference to emc145194 where it states that "Smarts SAM: sm_tomcat stops unexpectedly when logging off the Windows user from the server."
There is mention of an sm_tomcat patch but we have been unable to locate it for our version. Has anyone else experienced this?
