Sensatronics MIB and support
I've just purchased a Sensatronics EM1 Temp/Humidity monitor and I can't get SMARTS to recognize all the SNMP fields. SMARTS discovered it fine, but the TEMP/Humidity output it's seen (SMARTS views it as a NODE) and so I can't set thresholds in SMARTS for alerting us if the temp or humidity gets too high in our Data Center.
Has anyone got any ideas?

I guess you won´t be able to do so.
First your device is not certified and second the threshold you are trying to set are just for certain type of certified devices
What you can try is implementing the traps in smarts and set your device to send those to your trap receiver, so you will display the events in your notification lists.
You can also open a certification request with EMC support or even certify the device yourself using a similar device to certify it or standard mibs.
Yo can find the certification files in powerlink.emc.com
Home > Support > Technical Documentation and Advisories > Software ~ S ~ Documentation > Smarts Family > Smarts IP Management Suite > Certification Files
Sending a device certification:

cerifying a device:

i hope this helps
cheers
