scheduled jobs went into approval stage in NCM 9.5.1
When we try to pull any single device also it will first goes to approval stage and then start running after longer time. But now I can observe that all jobs are stuck in approval stage and neither went to running stage even after longer time. We have recently upgraded to NCM 9.5.1 and facing this issue. Currently no solution is provide by EMC as well. They suspecting CPU utilization or RAM issue but we have all required configuration as per the documentation and it is working fine with earlier version. If anybody can suggest please share your observation.

Thank you for contacting the Dell EMC Community forum.. This would not be a CPU or RAM issue, this sounds like a Lockbox issue since no communication is happening between the Application Server and Device Server. I would advise to unlock the lockbox and restart the services on the Application Server and Device Server if there is a separate Device Server. Please follow the directions below to unlock the Lockbox.
Log on to your Application Server with Root privileges and complete the following
1. Source the voyence.conf file
source /etc/voyence.conf
2. $VOYENCE_HOME/bin/cstdriver -lockbox $VOYENCE_HOME /data/lockb.clb -passphrase
3. Restart the services by completing "service vcmaster restart"
If you have a separate Device Server(s) please complete the same steps above on those server(s).

Thanks Sean for your reply, But we are feeling slowness in the application a lot after up gradation. Even we have already run the lockbox utility. Now we are facing below issue currently and i hope that wont resolve by running lockbox command.
1) Scheduling the jobs went into approval stage before went to running. Still issue is there
2) Refreshing of the scheduled jobs are not happening and taking longer time to reflect new pull or job scheduled. We have to manually refresh to see the pull jobs or scheduled jobs.
3)Even suggested steps by EMC followed like running dB maintenance command but didn't resolve the issue.
4) Now it is difficult to pull bulk devices or test credential like earlier version we are doing because it is very slow and even wont run sometime.
5) These all issue appears only in NCM 9.5.1.
Let me know if you have any other solution or idea to resolve these issues.

Rk.rana,
If the jobs are performing very slow it would indicated some type of performance issue. Please make sure you have the require RAM and CPU for your NCM host. Also please make sure your database isn't consuming more that 80% of the disk space. If you are running NCM on a Virtual Machine please check and make sure you have dedicated resources, using a pooled resource it will cause what your experiencing.
Kind Regards,
